SELLERS – BOOK A TABLE
Tables are limited; bookings will be accepted on a first come first served basis
Terms & Conditions
- Tables are provided – either 3ft or 6ft wide depending on Booking Form choice. Please do not bring any tables etc.
- The Community Hall will be open from 9 am for setting up. Tables must be cleared before 3 pm. You must remove any items or material that you’ve brought to the Hall, otherwise we may make a disposal charge of £20.
- Your table payment must be made in cash only (on the day).
- We reserve the right to ask for items to be removed from display or sale if we consider them unsuitable or inappropriate for public viewing and sale.
- You are responsible for your own safekeeping and/or insurance for items you are bringing, displaying or selling. We are not responsible for these items.
- You are not allowed to run raffles, tombolas or similar games of chance.
- You must make sure that you don’t cause any damage to the Community Hall when moving/removing or selling your items. We may make a repair charge for any damage caused.
- We may need to cancel this event if unforeseen circumstances arise. We will notify you by email or phone as soon as possible, if you have booked.

Important: Your form will only be sent if/when you click on the Send button and you see a confirmation that it’s been successfully sent. You’ll then also receive an email copy of your submitted form. You’ll receive confirmation of your booking from us soon afterwards.
