We’re raising our hire fees by approximately 5% (to the nearest £) for all hires from 1 October 2026. We never like raising hire charges, but we’re barely covering our costs at present. Our cleaning contractor costs – by far our biggest outgoing – have risen around 6% this year due to government measures, our current semi-fixed electricity rates – our next biggest outgoing – will expire at the end of August and our water charges have recently increased significantly.
