Our hire rates will be increasing by a small amount for hires from 1 October 2025 onwards.
We never like increasing hire rates; however, against a background of continuing inflation and employment costs (which affect what we pay for our contract cleaning – our biggest expense), we do have to make increases from time to time, to keep our venues in good order and to remain viable.
The new rates apply to all hires from 1 October onwards. You can check them out on our Hiring and Rates page. The new rates are in brackets alongside the current rates.
Oue Booking Secretary has already let our Regular Hirers know about the new rates.
