We’ve raised our Hire Charges by approximately 5% from 1 October 2026. We never like raising hire charges, but we’re barely covering our costs at present. Our cleaning contractor costs – by far our biggest outgoing – have risen around 6% this year due to government measures, our current semi-fixed electricity rates – our next biggest outgoing – expired at the end of August and our water charges have recently increased significantly.
